RESIDENTS in Mousehole who have been affected by recent flooding will have a chance to air their views at a drop-in session.

The fishing community has been hit by a spate of recent floods at the school and elsewhere in the village.

A variety of possible causes have been put forward from blocked drains to land management.

The surgery will take place tonight from 5pm to 7pm at Mousehole Methodist Church.

Staff from the Environment Agency, police, Cornwall Council, the voluntary sector and other agencies are taking part.

Mid week in winter. What a stupid time to have a residents drop in session. Most house owners will be in the home counties until spring.
