NICHOLA WAGSTAFF, 30, of Hayle Industrial Park, Hayle, pleaded not guilty to causing a computer to perform a function with intent to secure unauthorised access to a programme or data in a computer or to enable such access to be so secured, at Hayle, on October 5, and the case was discontinued at Truro Magistrates' Court, on December 17.

ELIZABETH HOUGHTON, 33, of Polwithen Court, Carbis Bay, entered guilty pleas to benefit fraud at Truro Magistrates' Court, on December 12, and was conditionally discharged for 18 months.

MICHAEL WILLIAM LEAH, 50, of Castle Gate, Ludgvan, entered guilty pleas at Truro Magistrates' Court, on December 12, to making false records, destroying or suppressing a record, and driving a vehicle too long without a break on a number of occasions and was fined £250.
