LAND'S End airport will remain closed for passengers flying to the Isles of Scilly – at least until Saturday.
Skybus flights from the airport have been suspended since last Thursday following an airfield inspection and the forecast of further heavy rain over the weekend and into this week.
A spokesman for Skybus said: "Land's End airport will remain closed for passenger flights up to and including Saturday, February 1, and all Skybus flights will operate between Newquay Cornwall airport and the Isles of Scilly during this period.
"All passengers due to travel to or from Land's End during this period will be contacted by Skybus and advised of their new arrangements in due course."
A further airfield inspection is due to take place on Saturday, when a decision will be made regarding flights for the following days.
